Alicia Hoover Educational Fund

News/Updates:

Alicia Hoover is the daughter of Paul and Pam Tarver and was tragically killed in a car accident on August 18th, 2001 at the age of 16 years old. Thomas & Sarai Ann Webb, ROW Trustees and great friends of the Tarver Family, decided to help make this tragedy mean something.

As a former school teacher, Sarai Ann had been working to provide school supplies and education to children living in remote areas. With a generous donation, Thomas and Sarai Ann founded the Alicia S. Hoover Educational fund to help raise funds to accomplish this goal.

Alicia wanted to grow up to be a marine biologist and so it is a fitting tribute to her that this fund was created to help educate the people along the rivers of the world.

You can contribute to this fund and all monies earmarked for the Educational Fund will go directly to this purpose. You can also purchase a copy of the ROW ScreenSaver and all proceeds will also go directly to this fund.
