Living Water

Yesterday I witnessed something that had such a profound affect upon me that I simply cannot forget about it. I was in the Dominican Republic and I watched this poor soul take a nasty metal can and scrape it through the gutter of the street in an attempt to gather filthy water just so he could have something to drink. He then took the can and gathered more dirty water and poured it over his head so he could take a bath.

Have You Heard?

The birds are singing, the fragrance of the flowers blooming fills the air and it is a wonderful time to be outdoors. I just love springtime! It is a great time to take walks and that is exactly what I did last week while in the Dominican Republic. The cities are beautiful, the countryside is gorgeous and green and there are precious people all around who would love to hear about Jesus.

New Start

Within the first week of this new year, I will be in four different countries. It is hard to imagine but during that first week, I will visit two countries in the Middle East, I will arrive home to a country that I call home, the United States, and then I will pack my things and head to the exciting work of Rivers of the World (ROW) in the Dominican Republic.
