She signs her name 3, her business cards have 3 on it and even her stationary has her name, the number 3 on it. If you ever get the chance to meet her, take a close look at her clothing because somewhere you will find her name, 3, monogrammed.

It is a Spanish speaking country, which consists of very old automobiles for transportation.
