Have You Heard?

Published by kclack under Dominican Republic, Witness

The birds are singing, the fragrance of the flowers blooming fills the air and it is a wonderful time to be outdoors. I just love springtime! It is a great time to take walks and that is exactly what I did last week while in the Dominican Republic. The cities are beautiful, the countryside is gorgeous and green and there are precious people all around who would love to hear about Jesus.

Preparing the Way

Published by kclack under Nicaragua, Witness

Rivers of the World (ROW) has recently taken some steps to ensure the gospel of Jesus Christ goes forth in Nicaragua, even to visitors from Iran. There is no way to describe how surprised the people of Monkey Point, Nicaragua were when Revolutionary Guard troops from Iran stepped off helicopters and into their village in November 2007.

Joint Heirs

Published by kclack under Countries, Witness

During March, Rivers of the World (ROW) had teams stationed in each of those countries sharing the love of God in Jesus Christ. They were in central Vietnam, Belize and Congo and in eastern Brazil and Nicaragua. Regardless of where the teams were, their message of Jesus Christ was the same.

Work While There Is Time

Published by kclack under Congo, Love, Witness

During the dry season, around May to October, in areas south of the Equator in Africa, the rivers either disappear completely or turn into a little trickle. My wife, Mickie, and I were near Kinshasa in the Congo and walked in a dry riverbed filled with thousands of people.

Be Strong and Courageous

Published by kclack under Faith, Witness

I just love it when people are on fire for the Lord and they charge ahead with no thought or regard for their personal safety. Some of our men traveled across a small island in the Caribbean that is not particularly friendly to America. It is a Spanish speaking country, which consists of very old automobiles for transportation.

Have you ever been in a library and had people ask you to hush because you started making a little too much noise? Sometimes it is difficult being quiet in a library when you see all the books, magazines, videos, posters and computers available.
