The next time you are out on the water in your canoe, enjoying God’s creation, or out in your boat trying to catch “the big one,” I would like you to pray for those who serve on the rivers of the world.
You have heard me request that many times before and I really mean it sincerely. Whenever you cross a river, we, at Rivers of the World (ROW), need you to be in prayer for our ministry. Pray for each staff member and volunteer, for all those people we serve in our travels and for the safety for all those involved in this ministry.
Let me ask everyone a special favor. ROW is looking for people who will become a river of prayer for our organization. If you feel led by God and are willing to commit to pray once a day for ROW then will you email me, Ben, at ben@row.org. We will send you prayer updates and you will be a part of this exciting ministry.
Today, let me encourage you to follow Paul’s instructions in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 (KJV), which says:
“Pray without ceasing.”
God is always with us and always desires to hear from His children so take the opportunity today to pray for ROW.
